Pictures taken at the “Everything beautiful is transient” exhibition, created as a collaboration between myself and the talented Australian artist Serra Qendra, my friend from the other side of the world.
Serra works a lot with abstract shapes and textures, she plays with urban photography but is also very connected to nature, which shows in her artistic expression. She and I have a very (very!) different way of approaching our creations, but we always find a way to adapt and marry our style in a way that pleases us a lot, and sometimes even other people too. Plus it’s really fun to get inspired by what she makes and vice versa, all while teaching each other our respective country’s slang and quirks.
I streamed a music set inspired by this place, where we were expressing change, the cycles of life, and the joy it can bring, when everything is optimistic and resources seem limitless. We also expressed our love for goats, but that doesn’t show in the music, sadly.
